Following being roasted with our Diedrich IR-12, we have a Sanremo Opera 2.0 “The Revolution” anchoring the cafe space in apex espresso. This machine offers unparalleled control over the coffee and oh baby do we plan on using it to push some boundaries.

All our coffee is expertly roasted, in small batches and sourced from small farms and coops with transparent social responsibility, good farming practices, and the highest quality beans. Our baristas will bring it home (to your cup) with uncompromising quality and attention to detail.
